| Ordering Requirements |

There is a $200.00 All orders must include:

A complete style number for each style and quantity.
Buyer's signature and/or Sales Rep's signature.
Purchase order number.
Payment method: all major credit card payments required "Credit Card Authorization" section to be filled out.

Pricing |
No employee or sales representative is authorized to change pricing or any other terms and conditions of sale without prior management authorization. All prices are subject to change.

Backorders
|
| Back ordered items will be shipped when available. Orders are shipped on "as ready" basis. Please be advised that if you want your backorder, there will be a shipping charge. However, "ship complete" instructions are accepted. Partial shipments will not be considered a valid reason for returns. Any backorders over 90 days will automatically be cancelled. |
| Shipping |
All orders will be shipped via UPS only unless otherwise specified. Customer is responsible for all freight charges which are non-refundable. Refused Shipments-
Client is liable for all freight charges. A 10% restocking and handling fee will be applied. |
Returns and Claims Policy |

Customers should inspect all shipments carefully. They should verify the total number of cartons and that all are labeled and consigned to you.
All claims for shortages, damaged, or incorrect merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Defective merchandise may be returned for replacement. All defects must be marked with tape.
We can not accept merchandise that has been worm or altered in any way. All our garments have specific washing instructions in the labels. We are not responsible for failure to follow these instructions. No exceptions.
